Worldwide Weddings

Worldwide Weddings

When Roman traditions tended to dominate globally in general, this wasn’t so as far as weddings[wholesale tungsten rings] were concerned. Around the world a variety of customs developed to celebrate the union of woman and man.

Celtic weddings were quite the opposite, however, in that guests were expected to pay their own way in more ways than one.(ceramic ring for men) Every family attending a Scottish Highland wedding not only had to bring their own food for the banquet, they also had to chip in for any festivities, as well as provide the happy couple with a wedding gift! Viking weddings could last for up to a month, with the guests seemingly getting the best deal of the whole affair. Not only were they treated to weeks of free entertainment and culinary delights, they were also traditionally rewarded with a gift in honour of their attendance. And they weren’t even expected to come bearing a gift for the bride and groom!(episode:tungsten inlay ring or  mens tungsten wedding bands)

South American couples being married by a priest would literally be bound in holy matrimony as the priest tied their hands together with a set of rosary beads, flowers, ribbons or gold bands.[episode: tungsten rings for american]
The history of weddings is long and varied, and will continue to develop as it has done for hundreds of years. Romantic they may be, but weddings denote more than dreamy, love struck emotions. They are about commitment and duty, pledging dedication to a partner to stand by them come what may.
